Starting off by saying I had really wanted to like this and had high hopes walking in. Food was generally not the temperature it should be despite being on the warmer/ice. Even the BBQ plates we ordered were served at room temperature- imagine steaks at room temperature … We also waited a really long time for our bbq plates - I had to check on the order twice, going out to the station and asking. When it was finally ready we were also sorely disappointed by the herb butter lobsters which were either not fresh or overcooked. (Refer to image of dry lobster) it was such a shame. Pesto crusted Mac and cheese had a spoon with a lump of Mac and cheese stuck to it which made scooping difficult. When they replaced the casserole with a fresh baked batch, the spoon was still not changed. I asked the staff then who helped to change to a clean spoon. Though while I was standing there a good 3-4 staff walking past offering help which I thought was really good. Sashimi was also at room temperature. Oysters were OK. Some dishes seemed to lack seasoning. Foie gras while generous in size (really generous tbh), was not tasty which I thought is quite hard to do. I’ve also taken stars off atmosphere for the tacky Christmas balloons decor which made me feel like I was in an old hotel in the US and just did not seem to fit Conrad’s positioning. All in all while we were really impressed by the variety, it was a let down and I type this as I swat a fly (or two) at my table. For the price (and staff over the phone sternly told me that there were no bank discounts on 31 Dec yesterday at confirmation) which was about $140nett per pax, it was really sad. Though the Citi website stated dates inclusive, it is not according to the hotel. While the service team truly seems exceptional, the quality of the food is lacking and I would not return.

Excellent services! Please accept my gratitude towards your team of staffs for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to enjoy my wonderful dinner with my loved one on our Christmas Celebration.Additional, thanks to their attentive and alert presence. Great food quality, fantastic variety and balance between cold and hot food, and perfect service! Tweet saw that we were standing in the corner and worrying over missing cake for our birthday girl, and she came over to assist and resolve our issues quickly. Because of that, we managed to enjoy our meal stress-free. Oysters and lobsters were great as usual. Also, the free flow foie gras was excellent.

Excellent selection of buffet food items. The spread from local to international dishes, selection of seafood items, bread, cheese, bbq, laksa and fish soup noodles, Indian cuisine, and lots of dessert pastries, waffles and ice creams! One of the best buffet in terms of food quality and selection. The truffle mashed potatoes is a must try together with the lamp! Staff service was ok, could be better as the clearance of plates was a little slow, perhaps they are understaffed. Atmosphere is ok decent but also could be better with some piped music. Overall quality food and wide selection.

The food quality is slightly above average with some food that is delicious while some is just below standard. The truffle mash is not so great but the toasted beef is tender and nice. The oyster has 2 different variety but not all are fresh. The sashimi salmon is ok but the tuna is not as fresh. The deserts are nice and the cheese corner serves yummy cheese. The service staffs are super friendly and nice.
